A new concept STILL CORTOON was evolved by me for entertainment at many level, for beginners, specially for those persons who are not perfect in sketching and also for promoting cartoon art. Very simple start, get draw a man having a newspaper in hand. This newspaper in his hand does have blank space for putting/writing subject matter/ headlines of the date. Get Photostat copies of this picture. Now, you need only to write the subject matter on which you are going to make cartoon, on the space left blank for the purpose. And on the space left below, put your expert & humorous comments or suitable sentence with regard to subject matter, now cartoon is ready. In this STILL CARTOON concept, no need to draw different pictures again & again and besides it, you can put so many comments on one topic/subject matter.
